What a great incentive to recycle if you can earn points for getting new shoes. As a bit of an eco warrior, I love finding these type of programs to encourage recycling, so kudos to DSW for having this recycling program.
I have come across Soles 4 Souls and the good work they are doing with recycling shoes, so to have another store that offers the recycling program, is great. And even better that anybody can donate, although premium members will get loyalty points, so a very good idea to sign up with DSW as a member and enjoy more discounts.
I have usually donated my shoes to thrift stores when I was finished with them, but it’s great to have additional options for recycling shoes. It’s even better to earn points for new shoes to replace the old ones since athletic shoes need to be replaced regularly. I’m thrilled to have this shoe recycling option!
