I don’t think that there is someone who will refuse a free birthday gift, as you says it maybe free desert, chips & salsa or non-alcoholic beverage. Only when you do a $5 minimum purchase. There is many of us who will sign-up for the Chili’s loyalty program to receive the free birthday dessert at Chili’s.
