yeah as others have said its only 3 donuts — this article should be deleted since it’s incorrect, really got my hopes up 🙁 my nearest krispykreme is 30-40 minutes drive, so signing off all my personal info for their marketing and downloading the app to my device for a few small glazed donuts? not really worth the trouble.
Hi Andron, we received a free birthday dozen just last month (July 2023), so it is surprising to hear that the program might have changed mid-year. Ultimately, it is up to Krispy Kreme to manage their program how they like, but hopefully, they see your feedback and use it to help make program improvements.

That is correct — the most recent Krispy Kreme birthday gift we received was for a dozen free doughnuts. The Krispy Kreme birthday offer (free dozen original glazed doughnuts) is posted to your Krispy Kreme account at the beginning of your birthday month, and you have the entire month to redeem the gift!
Note that although this was the most recent offer that we received (within six months), Krispy Kreme may change its offer at any time. For example, during a previous year, the free birthday gift was a free doughnut plus a free drink. Hopefully, this gives you an idea of how the program works, even if the free birthday gift may change from year to year.
The day i was born is one of the most special days in my life. The fact that Krispy Kreme took an opportunity to reward people with free dozen original glazed doughnuts and other gifts shows that they appreciate the gift of life. Seating there eating something so sweet with friends and family is a major memory that cannot be forgotten.

I have not had the pleasure of tasting the glaze form krispy kreme. i would really love to have that now. i was supposed to celebrate my birthday and probably get a free meal at krispy kreme but all that is not possible since they are shutdown also. thank you very much for this article.

it would be a great thing if there is still home delivery service from krispy kreme as i would love to have the doughnut and coffee. the lockdown has restricted movement in every part of the country and it is impossible to go out for my casual request. i would like to make a request for third party services.
