I received a Happy Birthday e-mail from Jersey Mikes for my free birthday coupon. I tried to print it, all I could print was the picture of the sub with the candle. When I went down to Get my Birthday coupon it wouldn’t print. I have been a member of your Birthday Club for a couple of years and didn’t have any trouble printing it off for last year.
How can I get this printed coupon sent to me.
