A free workout program? I’m in! Indeed, it’s very important to stay in shape. I am myself starting a fitness program, and I decided that I’d be very serious about it by July 1. However, now I just eat as healthy as possible and I walk. But walking is not enough because I need intense activity. I’ll look at your article as a reference. Thanks!

    • Alyce says:

Walking is a great form of exercise, so it’s great that you already have that in your routine! I hope you find some interesting free fitness programs to take your intensity to the next level and meet all your personal fitness goals. Enjoy!

I would really like to get back in shape this year but my schedule is becoming so tight. This is why I am having second thoughts about enrolling in a fitness program because it might just be a waste of money.

But with these fitness programs that I can avail for free, I do not have to worry about spending a dime. I would like to do either the free dance trials or boxing trials but they’re only good for 7 days. I wished they have a 30-day trial (sigh!).

But I will try the online fitness trial Daily Burn. It’s more convenient for me because since it’s online, I can do it at home whenever I’m free.

Thank you for sharing these free fitness programs and trials.

    • Alyce says:

Hi Alice! It can take a while to determine if a fitness routine is a good fit that you’ll enjoy doing over time. For that reason, it’s understandable to hesitate to enroll in a fitness program before you’re sure about it.

The online resources are incredibly convenient, and even though those dance and boxing trials are shorter than you’d like, you may as well try them out since they are free! Enjoy!!

There are lots of free courses you got there, if you count maybe it will around 6 months or more.

I think exercising is not that hard to figure out, there are lots of free stuff online now, how to do things, no need even for coach, 15 years ago maybe you needed yes, but now no.

I gave been in the fitness industry for more than 8 years, it is great feeling to be fit or muscular.

But I don’t think you need to spend too much money on supplements or coaches. Maybe for some time but not for years.

This is great post for someone doesn’t want to spend money with coaches.

    • Alyce says:

It is nice to know that there are so many free exercise resources available today! It can be hard to get motivated to start a new routine, but it’s great to have lots of ways to train for free.

  4. Bob says:

    Hi,

Staying fit is not easy if you’re not going to the gym or working out everyday. You definitely have the social platforms covered! I need to learn how to do that. Putting the quick navigation link at the beginning was brilliant otherwise a person might be overwhelmed reading through all the different options available for fitness. One thing I didn’t like was getting whacked with a pop up ad. I got a little confused. Other than that, a well formatted, informative article.

    • Alyce says:

Thanks for the feedback Bob. I hope you found the information that you were looking for regarding affordable ways to get fit!

  5. Anusuya says:

Great and useful information for any one, perhaps every one.

Who doesn’t want to stay fit to live a health life!

Make a stay fit pitch and earn a free fight. Choose what you want! Wow!

It is a win-win situation for you and the business. One can’t go wrong in choosing fitness as a goal and practice in many ways free of cost.

I knew some of the gym places offer free gifts and free trial membership. I never knew of so many.

The easier ones are walkable or few minute drive. I was in gym for several years which close enough to walk. But now and after (Pandemic !) I am walking almost everyday for 30 minutes at the minimum. It really does help in my mental and physical health.

I will see if I can take some free trial offers around my area.

    Thank you for this post.

    • Alyce says:

Hi Anusuya! It’s nice that we have options like walking in local areas or venturing back into gyms. Physical exercise can sometimes seem like a chore, but it is definitely good for the body and soul!

  6. Pat says:

You have a lot of great content. “Places to check out”, but I feel your title is a bit misleading. Yes, they all have free trials or free start up but then once the trial stops you either have to pay or stop. One cannot get fit on a 7, 14 or 30 day trial. Perhaps your title should say start your journey to being fit for free. I have to say I was a bit disappointed when I realized it was all just trials. As a woman in her 50s it is harder for me to stay fit on my own and I was hopeful to find a program that would help me with that with the little time I have in the day to actually exercise until I found out that in truth I could not get fit for free I could only start for free.

    • Alyce says:

Hi Pat, Thanks for sharing your concerns. Go back and look at the section at the top called “Free Fitness Programs”. These are not for free trials, but for ongoing, regular free class options. The link to CorePower Yoga also has information on where you can find free content (both live weekly classes and on-demand online content).

      I hope that helps!

  7. LineCowley says:

It is so important to stay active and fit throughout your life, but many people can unfortunately not afford the membership for gyms. So it is great to find that there are free exercise offers available that one can join.

I love Lululemon fitness clothes, so it is great to see that they actually offer online exercise classes. Do you know if these classes are available in Australia? Or is it only in America? Thank you for sharing a great resource for free exercise classes.

    • Alyce says:

Hi Line, the free lululemon classes appear to be offered worldwide, including in Australia. On the lululemon community page, select “Australia” instead of “All Regions” to see the free lululemon classes in Australia.

  8. Todd Snively says:

I had never considered all of the free classes available in retail stores.  That was a real learning moment.

If you are looking for free workout programs, this website is the right place. These programs discussed are designed to help you tone up and build muscle. There are preset routines available, as well as free ones. You can even create your own custom workout routines and share them with friends. These resources are great for anyone who is serious about losing weight.

You don’t have to pay for expensive equipment with these resources. Apps such as Aaptiv offer free workouts on Apple Podcasts. There’s no free trial for Aaptiv, but you can save 50 percent on an annual subscription. Another free fitness app is The Body Coach TV, which has over 250 videos and has a “7 Days of Sweat” challenge. There are even short workout videos that you can use for children.

If you’d like to get into shape and tone up your entire body at once this website will provide all the resources you need.

  9. Dave from Ohio says:

Thanks for sharing.  There are a lot of options out there for free trials.  I have looked at some of the yoga apps/classes that are available and the sample that I have tried was too short to really judge if it was worth the money.  Do you have any experience with the yoga apps? Any recommendations on which may be better?  Thanks in advance.

    • Alyce says:

Hi Dave, I have not tried these yoga apps, so I can’t speak about them personally yet. However, I do like that most of the free yoga app trials include a 2-week long trial period. Hopefully, that is enough time to evaluate whether or not the content is right for you. Good luck!
